• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only in hashed, encrypted form) when you register.
• Learning progress: the lessons you complete and your progress through enrolled courses, so your dashboard and continue-learning features work.
• Payment information: purchases are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of your payment and enrolment; we do not collect or store your card or banking details.
• Contact submissions: if you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message.

• To create and manage your account and confirm your email address.
• To provide access to purchased courses and track your learning progress.
• To process payments and enrolments through Razorpay.
• To send transactional emails: registration confirmation, password reset, purchase and enrolment notifications, and contact replies.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.

Transactional email (registration confirmation, password resets, purchase notifications, and contact replies) is delivered through email services operated via Hostinger. These emails are sent only when you or a process you initiated (such as a purchase or password reset) triggers them, we do not send marketing or promotional email from this service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site:

• Razorpay, payment processing for course purchases.
• Bunny.net, video hosting and secure playback of course lessons.
• Hostinger, email delivery and infrastructure services.
• Google (Google Analytics), aggregate, cookie-based usage measurement of site traffic.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process.

Your account data is stored in our content-management database with passwords kept only as secure hashes. Access to course videos is delivered through expiring, signed links. We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services; contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

• You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• You can change your password anytime from your account profile.
• If you request account deletion, we will remove your account and personal data, subject to any records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
• We honour rights available to you under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The site uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. It also uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics sets a first-party cookie (_ga) that collects usage information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location; Google Analytics does not store your IP address. We use this data only in aggregate to improve the site, and never to advertise or identify you personally. You can prevent this measurement with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

The site is intended for learners who are of an age where they can lawfully provide their own consent, or with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
