Learn Carnatic Violin is an online learning platform operated by Sanath Kumar Naibhi (“we”, “us”), offering recorded Carnatic violin courses and related services. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including a valid email address.
• Your account is confirmed by clicking the confirmation link sent to your email address after registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Sharing your account or course access with others is a breach of these terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unlawful or abusive purposes.

• Courses are sold as one-time purchases priced in Indian Rupees (INR), granting lifetime access to the purchased recorded course content for the enrolled account.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
• Enrolment is activated after successful payment confirmation. Your enrolled courses appear in your account dashboard.
• Access to purchased course content is personal to the enrolled account and may not be transferred, resold, or redistributed.
• Prices, course structure, and included content may change; the price and content shown at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.

We want you to be happy with your learning. If a course is not right for you, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@learncarnaticviolin.com with your registered email address and order details. Refund requests received after 24 hours from purchase cannot be accepted.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within the 24-hour window. Approved refunds are processed manually through the Razorpay dashboard to the original payment method, and may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

A refund cancels your enrolment: your access to the refunded course ends once the refund is processed, and any progress data for that course is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• All course videos, lesson materials, text, graphics, and the design of the site are the property of Sanath Kumar Naibhi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your own learning.
• You may not download, record, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly share course content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
• Recording, screen-capturing, or redistributing lessons in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without a refund, along with any other remedies available under law.

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the site.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scraping to extract site or course content.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site or its services.

The site and course content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to keep content accurate and available, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the site or a course purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

Musical learning outcomes depend on individual effort and practice; nothing on the site constitutes a guarantee of any particular result, certification, or performance outcome.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
